Studio Policies

How to observe class

Due to the limited space in our studio, and our desire to maintain a low capacity, we ask that parents observe class from outside the studio.

We do welcome one parent into the studio to watch their dancer's first class, so they can observe our teaching style and class routine.

Our privacy policy

We ask that parents refrain from recording their dancers at class, out of respect for everyone’s right to privacy (including instructors). We look forward to hosting an end of season performance for your dancers, with plenty of opportunities to capture the moment.

Face coverings

We are required to have dancers wear a face covering in class, unless they are fully vaccinated. If needed, we keep a supply of child-size medical masks on hand, which are light-weight and easier to breathe through.

We hope this won’t be necessary for much longer; but while the weather is warm and doors have to stay closed, we must follow this guideline for the safety of our instructors and families.

We pace our classes so that dancers are allowed time for rest and recover; and dancers are welcome to step outside whenever needed to remove their mask and get some fresh air.
